Nose: Salted nuts, sea washed pebbles, pear crumble and caramelised brown sugar with orange marmalade and sweet malt.
Palate: Barley sugar and honeycomb, fresh hay, silky caramel and buttery apple turnover alongside earthy oak and warming clove and nutmeg.
Finish: Lemon blossom, toasted oak and a salty smokiness linger.
