Palate: Generous helpings of charred tropical fruit, caramelised pineapple, and banana chips with an oily minerality and subtle notes of spiced beer sticks.
Finish: Waxed peels, mixed spices, and more overripe fruit, with a pinch of dried chilli to finish.
