10-year-old Craigellachie single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor. It was distilled in 2007 and transferred over to an octave cask for a three-month finishing period before being bottled at 52.4% ABV.
Floral hints of fresh malt lead among waxy orange peel, biscuity sweetness and a heaped spoonful for brown sugar.
Toasted rye bread and oily barley blend with juicy marmalade and toffee.
Black peppercorn remains.
