Indie Craigellachie, bottled by Wemyss Malts! This one was distilled in 2002 and left to mature in a single butt cask until 2018, when it was bottled with an outturn of 617 bottles. The name, Chai Caramel Latte, is a hint towards its flavour profile.
Honey, toffee popcorn, a subtle mineral/earthy hint developing later on.
Coffee bean, roasted apricot, beeswax and Custard Cream biscuits.
Black pepper, brown sugar and another kick of enjoyably bitter coffee bean.
