A 26 year old Cragganmore single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! It's their first batch of Cragganmore, and the label shows a blueprint of one of their spirit stills, with a rather hasty amendment...
Batch 1 is a release of 130 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Pear skins, new leather, cornflakes and some floral lavender. Sourdough bread baked by our own Tom McGuinness with a layer of lemon curd.
Sugared peels and fresh peaches. The cornflakes from the name have been covered in chocolate and made into one of those little cakes. Chilli powder spice.
Chalky Fizzers sweeties, flaky pastry and the hints of hay from the nose return.

This is a seriously old-school Cragganmore. All the trademark waxiness, and oiliness is there in spades - this is a very, very rich whisky. Highly worthwhile. Get the OB 33yo if you can afford (or find) it, if not - this is very definitely your best bet.
