Nose: Pear skins, new leather, cornflakes and some floral lavender. Sourdough bread baked by our own Tom McGuinness with a layer of lemon curd.
Palate: Sugared peels and fresh peaches. The cornflakes from the name have been covered in chocolate and made into one of those little cakes. Chilli powder spice.
Finish: Chalky Fizzers sweeties, flaky pastry and the hints of hay from the nose return.
