Check out this rather well aged single malt Spayside from Cragganmore! Distilled in 1990, this whisky was treated to three decades of slumber in a single oak cask, until, in 2021, the folks at Duncan Taylor bottled it up for The Octave collection. Only 89 bottles were released.
