Feast your eyes upon the 2008 vintage of the Cragganmore Distillers Edition single malt! This expression was distilled back in 2008 and eventually bottled up in 2020, after a finish in Port casks, introducing a whole bunch of red fruit notes, complementing the oaky, peaty elements at its core.
Roast chestnuts, redcurrants, strawberries, a touch of smoked meats.
Hickory, honeycomb, walnut, waxy orange, red apple, and blackberry.
Lingering salinity and a hint of chocolate truffle.
Lovely sweet tasting whisky slips down the throat I will buy it again
