This 23 year old Cragganmore was distilled in November 1987 and it was aged in cask 1964. This was bottled in October of 2011 by Duncan Taylor, with an out-turn of 236 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Aniseed, pepper and barley malt. Toasty, creamy and vanilla-rich, sweet honey and granary toast.
Palate
Fruity, creamy and malty with notes of pepper, barley wine, a little toast, manuka honey and spice.
Finish
Spicy and sweet on the finish, hints of nutmeg.
