This 17 year old from the Cragganmore distillery has been matured in American oak and is part of a limited release of just 5,970 bottles, a great Speyside single malt with mochaccino notes and creamy bourbon.
Nose: Rich, espresso beans, tiramisu. Creamy vanilla, barley, almond, hazelnut. Bramley.
Palate: Aromatic, vanilla, chocolate. Nutty, hazelnut, almond, chocolate, grapey, coffee. Apple crumble.
Finish: Long, spicy, pepper, star anise, nutmeg, balanced oak.
