Created to showcase the distillery's light, fruity qualities, this single malt matured in a combo of Moscatel and bourbon casks bringing together layers of fruit and vanilla, with a delicate helping of peat smoke.
Subtle, earthy wafts of peat smoke join orchard fruit, floral undertones, and honeyed sweetness.
Ripe peaches and apricot lead with sweet vanilla custard, bonfire embers, and a hint of sharp green apple in support.
Sweet oak, soft spices, and a smoky warmth linger.
