Copeland Merchants’ Quay Palo Cortado Finish
A limited release of Copeland Merchants’ Quay, finished in Palo Cortado casks, using a mix of 120 litre quarter casks and full-sized barriques for ten months and four months respectively. Just 1,250 bottles exist of a whiskey that boasts a Gold medal from the Irish Whiskey Masters 2025.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Dried citrus peel, rich fruitcake, vanilla, toasted nuts and warm oak.
Palate
Orange marmalade, raisin, buttery pastry, oak spice and a gentle nuttiness.
Finish
Long and refined with lingering citrus zest and polished oak.
