Copeland Merchants’ Quay 5 Year Old Single Grain Whiskey
From Copeland Merchants’ Quay comes a lively five-year-old Irish single grain matured in American bourbon barrels and finished in both Moscatel and Pedro Ximenez casks. The result is a bright, sweet and approachable grain with layers of honeyed fruit, floral richness and gentle sherry depth. It was bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered.

Golden syrup, apricot, sugared almonds and floral honey.
Palate
Vanilla fudge, peach, raisin, milk chocolate and soft spice.
Finish
Light and silky with sweet grain and lingering dried fruit.
