Cooley 17 Year Old 1999 - Single Cask (Master of Malt) 70cl Whiskey

We've gone and independently bottled a cracking cask of Irish single malt whiskey from the Cooley distillery! This was distilled in September 1999 and allowed to mature in a first-fill bourbon hogshead for 17 years before we bottled it in January 2017.
