Sorry about this...

We can't actually ship Connacht Batch One to the United States at the moment (although we're working hard to fix that).

In the meantime, our friends over at The Whisky Shop might be able to help you out.

Thank you for your support and understanding 🙂

Connacht Batch One Bottling Note

Do you know what you're looking at here? The first whiskey to be distilled in Mayo in over 150 years! A small batch, 4-year-old single malt, the first to run off the stills at Connacht Distillery to be released, it was aged in ex-bourbon casks before being finished off in sherry casks.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Seedless raisins drizzled with a little floral honey are joined by butterscotch and some ripe pears.

Palate: Lots of toffee and creamy vanilla soothe the excitable spices that jump to the fore before a complement of dried fruits and rich malt adds depth.

Finish: An oily nutty quality lingers.

Connacht Batch One Reviews

No complaints……

Don’t be put off by the young age - this is a genuinely nice malt. All bodes well for future releases.
