Nose: Waxy orange peel, peppercorn, milk chocolate, Jelly Tots, maybe some Sauternes. Nectarines, too.
Palate: A big, punchy opening filled with ginger and poached pear. Develops hints of thyme, clove and Manzanilla sherry.
Finish: Oak-y and drying on the finish, with remnants of ginger and clove.
