Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rich, oily smoke meets clove-studded spice. Raspberry compote, apricot, and miso edge around maritime peat and tarry rope.
Palate
Medicinal peat and briny depth swirl with nutmeg, citrus oil, and hints of herbal tea. Sweet fruit peeks through the smoke.
Finish
Concentrated, woody smoke fades slowly to menthol, pepper and toasted oak.
