A 1997 vintage Clynelish single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled by the wonderful Wemyss folks. It was aged in a single hogshead until 2017, when Wemyss bottled it up at 46% ABV and gave the whisky the name Continental Platter (very different to a continental breakfast), as a nod towards its flavour profile. Only 277 bottles were produced of this tasty Highland whisky.
Thyme honey and toasted cloves, followed by a touch of sea salt.
