An 8 year old Clynelish here from The Single Malts of Scotland's Reserve Casks independent bottling series. This particular parcel was drawn from five barrels and bottled at 48% ABV in 2020. Always a treat to see tasty indie Clynelish.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Candied peels, kitchen herbs, pear drops and a hint of sawdust.
Palate
Buttery croissants, savoury hints of toasted rye bread and barley, vanilla pod.
Finish
Honeyed malt, digestive biscuits and light florals.
