A Celebration of the Cask bottling of 21 year old Clynelish single malt, matured in a sherry hogshead from October 1996 to August 2018. It was bottled by Càrn Mòr with an outturn of just 293 bottles.
Fragrant barley with underlying cut grass hints, followed by rolling tobacco and molasses.
Stem ginger, raisin, milk bottle sweeties, blackberry, salted caramel and oats.
A touch of petrichor stands out from the dried fruit sweetness.
