A single cask bottling of 21 year old Clynelish, distilled in November 1995 and bottled in March 2017 by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection. 625 bottles were drawn from the refill Sherry butt in which this whisky slumbered.
Banana fritters, honey-roasted peanuts, apple and beeswax.
Crunchy salt and pepper, candied peels, ginger and vanilla-packed barley.
Hazelnut cream, honey and green olive.
