It's #03 in La Maison du Whisky's The Ten series - it's a 2008 vintage Clynelish which was bottled in 2015! The idea behind The Ten range is that it rates the intensity of a whisky's flavour profile and catalogues them against each other, with the lightest whisky being #00 and the most powerful, intense whisky being #09.
Big spoonfuls of heather honey and chunks of white chocolate.
Grows fruity on the palate, with pear and gooseberry.
Medium length. Rather grassy and sweet.
