A 20 year old Clynelish single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks and independently bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in June 1996 and bottled in September 2016 at 46% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Freshly harvested pears, with a hint of earthy leaves along the way. Slight spiciness of cinnamon.
Palate
Thick vanilla notes, with a touch of peppercorn and sweet malt.
Finish
Honey and a hint of olive oil.
