    Single Malt

Clynelish 20 Year Old 1995 (cask 8691) - Ibisco Decanter (Signatory)

20 year old Clynelish, drawn from a single cask that was laid down in September 1995 and cracked open in August 2016. This was independently bottled by Signatory and treated very well indeed - just look at the handsome Ibisco decanters the whisky has been bottled in!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Waxy peels, camphor, Sherried malt and some cedar spice.

    Palate

Sherry appears at the fore, along with a light waft of coastal smoke. Soon enough it delves into deep wells of toffee and milk chocolate.

    Finish

Creamy malt on the finish, with a final pinch of sea salt.
