A Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Collection bottling of 19 year old Clynelish single malt, distilled in June 1996 and bottled in March 2016. This was drawn from a pair of hogshead casks and bottled without any chill-filtration at 46% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Toasted scones with a thick layer of butter, orange segments and a little bit of salt & pepper crisps.
Palate
Waxy peels, liquorice root and ginger. Creamy mouth feel.
Finish
A final hint of malt and milk chocolate.
