This Clynelish comes from Carn Mor's Strictly Limited range. It was distilled in 1997 and aged in hogsheads for 15 years before bottling in 2012. A release of 605 bottles from two casks.
Cooked fruit and pineapple. Hints of barley malt, salt butter and spice.
Malt core with hints of sherry and allspice. Dried banana chips and starchiness.
Long, spiced.
