This cracker from Clynelish joins our own CaskCade Collection, a homage to some of our favourite arcade machines. Distilled in 2013, this single malt spent 12 years fending off the forces of time in a combo of oloroso sherry and refill wood. Just 750 bottles made it this far. Insert coin and prepare for an invasion of your drinks cabinet.

Nose

Green apple, brown bread, and juicy notes of fresh pear and barley are followed by sponge cake, vanilla, stroopwaffels, and fleshy stone fruits.

Palate

Slick toffee cushions a quick flash of pepper, then fresh slices of peach and pear arrive with waves of golden syrup and buttercream. Soft spices nestle beneath, with hints of gingerbread.

Finish

Nectarine, vanilla cream, sweet citrus, and waxy hints of gummy bears, with buttery oak and soft woody spice in the distance.
