Cayenne Cocoa Bean 1997 - Wemyss Malts (Clynelish) 70cl Whisky

An indie bottling of Clynelish single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1997 and left to mature in a single hogshead. It was bottled in 2014 by Wemyss with an outturn of 373 bottles. As with other Wemyss bottlings, it has a descriptive title - Cayenne Cocao Bean. It certainly lives up to this name, with spicy hints of cayenne pepper and dark chocolate.
