For this blended Irish whiskey, Clonakilty looked to the Douro Valley for inspiration, finishing it in Port casks! Lots of spicy heat and ripe red fruit to be found here, making it a perfect postprandial dram.

Nose
Red apple and creamy vanilla, with orange citrus and sandalwood.
Palate
Stone fruit, sultana and chilli heat, with cherry and citrus zest appearing.
Finish
A chocolatey, spicy finish.
