Description
While Ahascragh Distillery is being built the brand is sourcing single malt like this beauty and bottling it for the Family Bond Series. This one was distilled in 2001 and spent 19 years in first-fill American white oak bourbon casks before being finished in Pedro Ximénez casks.

Nose
Toasted nuts, figs, seedless raisins, and dark chocolate.
Palate
Smooth and complex, creamy with honey, caramel, and dried fruit.
