The first fully organic single grain wheat whisky from Bristol's Circumstance distillery! Distilled from organic malted wheat and malted barley, fermented for 14 days on Bavarian wheat yeast and matured for 42 months in cider-conditioned bourbon barrels and chestnut casks.
