Bristol's Circumstance distillery fired up its stills back in 2018, and this English single grain was produced just a year later. Matured in a bourbon barrel for three years between 2019 and 2023, here is an exciting opportunity to experience what's on offer from the young Brizzle distillery, and a sure sign of good things to come. Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet, tropical fruits and vibrant barley are backed by buttery oak and vanilla.
Palate
Notes of soft stone fruits, sweet apples, and a touch of banana join vanilla cream and mellow oak char.
Finish
Softly sweet tickles of warming spice join for the finish, with lingering notes of juicy barley and butterscotch.
