Description

The second release from Chichibu II brings together whisky aged for five to six years in sherry casks and bourbon barrels, with a touch of peated malt in the mix. It was bottled at 53.3% ABV.

Opened by Ichiro Akuto in 2019, the second distillery produces a richer, fuller-bodied spirit than its older sibling, and there’s plenty to get acquainted with here.
