An exciting blended malt Scotch whisky from the book loving folk at Chapter 7! This blend combines portions of whisky from both the Laphroaig and Highland Park distilleries, along with whisky from secret Speyside distilleries. Drawn from two bourbon casks, there was an outturn of 424 bottles in this batch.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Fruity with peaches and apricots, apples and pears, sawdust, vanilla custard and gentle peat smoke.

Palate

Slightly rubbery, waxy plasticine and buttered sourdough. Peaty minerality with smoky wafts of ash, a touch of grapefruit, salted fudge, and heathery soap.

Finish

Vanilla and poached pears, toasted nuts, fragrant floral peat smoke.
