This whisky from the long-lost Carsebridge distillery matured for half a century and finished in a first-fill bourbon barrel before bottling, developing a delicate yet complex profile, layered with zesty citrus, buttery shortbread, and vanilla fudge.

The nose opens with orange blossom, leading to lemon sherbet and butter shortbread. The palate brings mandarin, vanilla fudge, and cardamom buns, lifted by a gentle touch of coconut.
