Described by the New Zealand-based brand as the final expression of The Cardrona single malt whisky coming of age, Full Flight was aged for seven years in a marriage of oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels. Bottled at a cask strength of 62.8% ABV, you can expect this one to be big, rich, and rewarding. One to open up with a little water.

Nose
Dark fruit, burnt treacle, apple, cinnamon, and fresh malt.
Palate
Blackcurrant compote, dark chocolate, nutmeg, raisins, and vanilla.
Finish
Coconut, baking spice, and red Wine Gums.
