“What a joy, whilst on the nose it was a bit scary with deep almost acetone notes it came as an absolute joy on the palate tasting like an apple crumble and a Black Forest gateaux joined forces. It’s a steal for the price! Sheer deliciousness ”

A well-aged Cardhu, this 18 year old Speyside single malt retains its characteristic gentle nature allied with greater complexity and richness.

Nose

Cakey vanilla, caramelised fruit, a hint of new leather.

Palate

Quite chocolatey on the palate, with notes of pear and citrus never far away.

Finish

Drying oaky spices and another hint of dark chocolate.
