A 27 year old single malt from the sadly closed Caperdonich Distillery, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor for the Octave series. This expression has been finished in a small octave cask, which allows for more interaction between the wood and the whisky. This does mean that the outturns are rather small, mind – only 90 bottles of this one were produced!
