This expression was given a finishing period in tiny, specially-coopered Pedro Ximénez sherry casks before being bottled at cask strength. A very small release of only 93 bottles.

Nose
Mince pie filling, dark chocolate, sticking plasters and oatcakes.
Palate
Strawberries and black pepper, earthy smoke with a hint of flint in the background, a good whack of nutmeg.
Finish
Sherried peels, cooked plum, cinnamon.
