Independently bottled single malt from the Elements of Islay range, given the scientifically-themed name Cl10 (because it's the tenth bottling from a particular distillery).

Nose
Smoked barley, honey and brown sugar.
Palate
Marmalade, slightly burnt rye bread, a touch of butterscotch.
Finish
Black pepper and strawberry.
