If you've ever wondered what smoking blackberries are like, The folks at The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. are here to give you a pretty good idea. For this addition to The Cooper's Choice series, single cask Caol Ila single malt whisky has been finished in ruby Port pipes, bringing (yep, you guessed it) brilliant blackberries notes to the characteristic Islay smoke. An outturn of 660 bottles, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured.
