Caol Ila 9 Year Old 2012 (casks 322141 & 322155) Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

Another fantastic offering from independent bottler, Signatory – this single malt was drawn from a pair of casks from Caol Ila. The liquid within was distilled in July 2012 before slumbering away in hogsheads for just under a decade. In June 2022, nine years later, the whisky was bottled, without chill-filtration, for Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
