Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Tahini bread and toasted seeds lead to hints of herbaceous peat and rich roasted malt.

Palate: Juicy roasted barley takes centre stage, with honey trickling through layers of dried herbs and smoked samphire.

Finish: Waxed lemon peels are joined by salted crackers, with lingering peat smoke and woody fennel seed spice.
