This magnificent old single malt from Caol Ila joins independent bottler Signatory's Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 1979, the whisky spent a whopping 45 years maturing in a single hogshead, yielding just 99 cask-strength bottles when it was opened in 2025.
