Nose
Coastal freshness, sea spray, citrus juice and clean peat smoke.
Palate
Olive oil, brine, green olives, soft waxes and dry, ashy peat.
Finish
Long and gently smoky, with mineral salts, lemon peel and a savoury olive note.
