Tasting Note by The Producer

Nose

Fragrant vanilla pod gives way to sweet cured meats and red apple. Lime zest infuses with malted biscuit and mature oak.

Palate

Smooth and smoky with peanut brittle giving way to rich honey. Bright butterscotch gives way to floral influences and soft black pepper.

Finish

Long and spicy with lingering citrus peel and bonfire embers.
