From Gordon & MacPhail’s revered Cask Strength series, this is an Islay single distilled at Caol Ila on 11 December 1984 and bottled in March 2000 at a cask strength of 59.1% ABV. This 15-year-old was drawn from casks 6081 to 6084 and bottled with no dilution, no compromise, just old-school peat presented as nature intended.
