The Scotch Malt Whisky Society celebrated Fèis Ìle 2023 with its own bottling of Caol Ila single malt, and this is it right here! Distilled in 2008, the whisky spent 14 years maturing in a host of Pedro Ximénez and bourbon hogsheads before bottling at a generous 56.8% ABV.
