A 14-year-old Caol Ila from indie bottler, The Single Cask. This single malt Islay Scotch whisky was distilled in 2008 and matured in a first fill PX sherry octave, so expect dried fruit to lend a sweetness to all that peat. A very limited outturn of only 74 bottles.
