A single cask Caol Ila with rhythm in its bones and sherry in its soul. Fully matured in a 1st fill sherry hogshead and bottled at natural cask strength, this 13-year-old dram is peaty, punchy, and gloriously decadent. Expect all the coastal swagger of Caol Ila with an Andalusian flourish of dark fruit and spice.
Cherry wood, treacle toffee, briny smoke, old cigar box.
Molasses, dates, BBQ char, cracked pepper, iodine-rich peat.
Glowing embers, cocoa-dusted figs, salted liquorice.
